Your orders will be processed and digital products can be accessed as soon as payment is made. You are reminded to download the products at the order confirmation page as soon as you can, and bookmark the download pages for future access.
Shipping time for physical products, if any, will be around 10-20 days for most countries. Any delay will be promptly communicated by emails or stated on our website. In the event where we are unable to ship our products to your country due to any issues or circumstances, we will notify and issue you a refund as soon as we can.
Any import duties, taxes, tariff, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, etc. are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs are not charged beforehand, nor are they included in the product price or cost, the buyer bears full responsibilities for these costs, and are advised to do their due diligence and obtain information of such costs and/or fees.
In the event where customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order might be returned. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
We have a 60-days refund policy. In the event where refund is being requested, we will process the refund request within 48 hours. You can return the physical product (if any) to us via our sender's address back to our warehouse.
